DVDs are non-returnable. We will accept returns/refunds in the case of manufacturing defect only. Your child's photo will appear in the product exactly as it appears when you submit it. The manufacturer will not enhance or improve your photo so please be sure it is a good quality photo.

The Manufacturer will ship your video products within 14 business days from the time we receive your complete order (this does NOT include shipping time).  This item can not be gift wrapped.
