Information supplied by our customers is used solely for the construction of our books and for product updates, if requested. We will never sell, rent or share your personal information to any third party. Protection of your privacy is a fundamental Custom Storybooks commitment. Return Policy You may return any non-personalized item for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Defective items will be replaced at Custom Storybooks expense. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (orders which received free shipping will be charged the actual amount and deducted from refund). Credit will be issued within 1-2 business days once product is received. EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD: Non-personalized items bought November 10, 2024 - December 23, 2024 will have until January 24, 2024 to retuned. Personalized items (i.e. books and Santa Letters) - Custom Storybooks will remake books and/or letters with errors made by Custom Storybooks and reship the product with in 2-3 business days at Custom Storybooks' expense. Please contact Custom Storybooks at csb@customstorybooks.com for pricing to correct errors made by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. Please send the package via USPS with Delivery Confirmation. This protects you in case the gift is lost in transit. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued within 1-2 business days and will appear on your billing statement.
